Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, or to come in to our showroom. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please not that being a handmade product, slight differences are and artistic characteristics are intrinsic to the product. This can include racking marks on edges which are part of the handmade process.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be done for an item of equal or higher value, (with the difference paid) subject to it being in stock.
Refunds
Returned product will be replaced with the same item if defective.
Change of Mind
We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind, but items can be exchanged for items of equal value as long as they are in brand new condition, unused and within the 30 day period. Please note, that we do not offer opportunistic exchanges during promotions; ie. the product being substituted will be comparably calculated in proportion to the pricing at the time of purchase. This means an item bought under a promotion cannot be exchanged with a different full priced item and a standard priced item cannot be exchanged with an item during a promotion to receive a currency advantage. Our promotions are strictly applied to purchases within that period and do not apply to pre-orders made outside of that timeframe.
